Recreation Camp is a membership organization - use of the campground
is restricted to members only. However, we welcome first-time
and occasional visitors who do not wish to purchase a full annual membership,
by offering "limited" memberships that are valid for a single visit.
Requirements for Membership: Membership in TRC is limited to gay men and women who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. All members must provide a valid government-issued photo ID (like a Driver's License, state ID card, or Passport), complete a membership application, and pay any associated fees. Limited Memberships are available on a per-visit basis, and entitle the holder to use the campground for the they first obtain a regular membership first, nor do they participate in the operation of TRC. Regular Memberships are available on an annual basis, and entitle the member to unlimited camping privileges for a full year. Regular Members are permitted to claim or join a semi-permanent campsite, and to play an active role in the operation of TRC by attending the monthly board meetings, voting in the annual election, running for office, and participating in the various TRC committees. Guest Membership is a limited membership which may be purchased by any Regular Member. All guests must meet the membership requirements of TRC and register with the Camp Host upon arrival. The Sponsoring member must be present with the guest upon arrival. There are no voting rights associated with this membership. For further information

You Should Become A Regular Member
Since 1975, Triangle Recreation Camp has subsisted on the revenues collected for membership, and by various fund-raising activities; it has thrived through the generosity and hard work of its members. Besides being a fantastic value, becoming a member of TRC gives you the pride of being a part of a dynamic, expanding, and worthwhile organization, dedicated to an out-and-proud life outdoors! As a member, you get to vote for responsible Officers and Board members, join a committee, or run for office yourself. Most of all, you have unlimited camping privileges, so you can fully enjoy the great potential of frolicking in the woods!
